Qids - Al-Muttaqin Leaders
QIDs (Muttaqin Leaders) or OSIS , is an organization that put the talented students of SMP Al-Muttaqin also has organization soul and high satisfaction of leading.
QIDs attend since 2000. The meaning of Qids logo are :
-basic color of Yellow, symbolize the success.
-circle, symbolize the togetherness of the member of QIDs.
-greenline, symbolize the moslem generation that has straight and pure intend to organize.
-red curve line, symbolize the braveness to face the problems.
-V Line, symbolize the bowl to put the students in.
Conditional to be Qids leader are :
-Taqwa to The Lordful Allah
-High sense of responsibelity

Extracurricular
In our school has 9 extracurricular. All of exkul held on Saturday. The Altaz students have to choose one of the exkul. There are :
-Basketball
Basketball exkul is guided by Mr. Bams (Mr. Bambang), and coach by A Didot. This exkul held on Saturday and extension on Monday and Wednesday for boys, Tuesday and Wednesday for girls. Held on afternoon after school activity, from 4 o'clock until 5 o'clock.

Soccer exkul is guided by Mr. Nurhendi, and coach by Mr. Nurdin and Mr. Sandi. All member of this exkul are boys, no girl here. This exkul held on Saturday for all members. But, for main player, there is extention on Tuesday and Thursday. This exkul target for this year is to be a winner in PORSENI. Soccer is one of favourite exkul in our school.
-Volleyball
This exkul guided by Mrs. Winda. The member of Volley Exkul used to do the exercise in Thursdey afternoon and Saturday morning.
-Taekwondo
Tekwondo is the most popular sport extracurricular. And it's member is the one of the bigger in Altaz. This exkul is held on Saturday morning
-Karate
The unique movement of it's sport m ake karaebe a favourite exkul in Altaz. It's style more likely to Japanesse. You can watch the member of this exkul do the stuff every Saturdy morning and Thursday afternoon.
-KIR
Karya Ilmiah Remaja, or we can call it KIR is the extracurricular that has being a bowl for Altaz students to share their ability in observatin proccess and learning proccess. The meetign of KIR ussually held on Saturday morning.
-English Club
English is the international language. Most country around the world using this language. That's why Altaz serve this exkul for the students, to move forward to the international competition. Held every Saturday morning.
-Electronica
This Exkul guided by Mr.Ahmad and Mr.Rudi. Check the jam out on saturday morning!
-Music
No days without music! Everyday our ears hear it, everywhere! And music develops the right brain. Wanna develop more? Just enter the zone on Saturday morning.

Billingual Latest Event! Check this out . . .
Al-Muttaqin Junior High School has Bilingual Class Programme since last 2 years. It's including class 7a, 7c, 8a, and 8c.
And we had corporate with Bandung International School for English Camp activity. The first English Camp was held in Kampung Naga. We only sent 20 chosen students (of 7a, 7c, 8a, and 8c) to join the activity. While B.I.S sent 19 of 5th grade students. It was held on 13-15 February 2008. We had outbond, indoor games, outdoor games, cooking, fermentate the bananas, learning kampung naga's culture, and many others.
Not yet over, we had the other corporation such as social activity (baksos). It was held on 16th-17th March 2008, with the students of B.I.S Senior High School. This activity organize together by the second English Camp. This activity was opened for all the Bilingual Class Students. The Students of B.I.S also sleepover in two Al-Muttaqin Student's house for 3 days and 2 nights (16th-18th March 2008).
